Q: Is everything custom made?

A: Whilst some bombs are pre made most are done once an order is accepted due to the nature of our bespoke products. 

Q: How long does it take to make the gift sets?

A: Processing is usually 3-5 business days but can extend to up to 10 working days in busier times such as Christmas.

 

Q: Who delivers your products?

A: Generally we use Royal Mail for our deliveries but on occasion may use another courier. Everything is tracked for your peace of mind.

 

Q: Can I choose the colours for the gift sets?

A: The gift sets follow a theme and colours can vary from those shown in the pictures which makes them unique. There is no option to choose colours though we will try to follow any specific requests but can’t guarantee it.

 

Q: What fragrances are the wedding bombs?

A: fragrances are dependent on availability but will be suitable for the recipients. Fruity or sweet type fragrances are often used to appeal to all.

 

Q: I have allergies. How do I know what’s safe to use?

A: A full allergens list is available in the ingredients section for each fragrance and all bombs are fully labelled. We  have some fragrances with no allergens and can also make unscented versions so please do contact us if you require assistance. 

Q: Can I choose the bombs to make up a bespoke gift set?

A: Yes we can do this.  Contact us using the form provided with your request and we will do our best to help.
