Shipping policy

Products are custom made to order so please allow time for creating and processing your order. This is within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email but can increase to up to 10- 15 working days during busier periods ( Christmas etc). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Wedding products are set at up at a minimum of 10 business days for processing at all times.

We do strive to send as soon as possible though.

If you require your order urgently please contact us prior to ordering to ensure we can fulfil your needs.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We do offer free shipping on orders over £60. Gift cards are not included in this.

Priority is given to express delivery shipping but still needs processing time as per above.
